Experiencia fantástica: I have been enjoying Dr. Ceballos’ care and treatment for 5 years and counting. As an acupuncturist who specializes n orthopedics and having worked alongside chiropractors my entire 25 year career I know I have found the best doctor of chiropractic yet, right here in Mazatlan. He has corrected some joint misalignments in my shoulder and sacrum that have been chronic problems for decades and kept me in alignment with regular maintenance sessions. So much so, that even though I live in California full time, I’m lucky to make regular visits to Mazatlan and I never miss my sessions with Dr Ceballos. I cannot recommend him more highly! He is super educated, on top of his field and never fails to deliver the precise diagnosis and treatment required. I’m spoiled for life.

I’ve been going to chiropractors in the States since I injured my back as a child. I have met some charlatans and hold tight to the truly great practitioners. Dr. Alan is the best of them all. Things to know: 1. In case you need it, his English is perfect. 2. He was selected to work with the Mexican Olympic team. Anyone the Olympics says can manipulate the bones of their athletes has certainly passed muster! 3. He is licensed in chiropractics (to my knowledge, the only one in MZT) 4. His knowledge of anatomy and physiology is superlative and he is willing to take the time to explain everything to you. 5. He will not take advantage of you. He will tell you how often he needs to see you and as you improve, that number will go down until you are stable. No more and no less than what YOUR body needs. 6. His mixes techniques in your best interest. He may do big, cracking adjustments, but he may use the equally effective yet more gentle manipulation techniques, which are gaining more traction in the States as well. As with any skeletal manipulation, some relief is instant, but when muscle memory is what holds our bones in place it may take some time to retrain them. Quick relief is great, but keeping your spine in line will likely require more than one visit. But you are worth it! Invest in yourself by visiting Dr. Alan!

He conducted a thorough examination to determine the cause of my pain which included: listened closely as I described my symptoms and pain, asked questions as needed, ordered xrays, checked several reflexes, and carefully investigated range of motion around affected areas..... His treatment included: applications of several different chiropractic instruments (he knew exactly where the pain originated and it's pathway), exercises to strengthen and stretch muscles around affected area, and some physiotherapy for additional exercises. ➡️ I highly recommend Dr. Alan! Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been seeing Dr. Alan for two plus years. Prior to that I saw a doctor in Seattle, Washington who said I needed to have my disc fused together (I did have a back operation in my mid-20’s and had a disc removed). I lived with the pain for many years and was skeptical to see if a chiropractor could help with my constant pain since previous doctors said my lower discs were just worn out and needed to have surgery. I started seeing Dr. Alan weekly, after a few months every other week, and then Yaqueline the Physical Therapist was introduced to me and started seeing her regularly as well. From my original weekly sessions, I went to see both Dr. Alan and Yaqueline every three weeks and now on an as needed basis. In conclusion, I must say that Dr. Alan is mainly concerned about healing you and giving you a better quality of life as well as Yaqueline. For me who can be a little skeptical, I can honestly say I would highly recommend both Dr. Alan and Yaqueline to anyone who wants to be rid of their pain and live a healthier lifestyle. Experiencia fantástica: I had been seeing a chiropractor in the states for a long time. When I moved to Mazatlan two plus years ago I was very hesitant to try a new chiropractor. Dr. Alan came highly recommended from an acquaintance so I decided to check him out since I had been having a lot of neck/shoulder pain and suffering with a lot of migraines and TMJ issues. My experience with Dr. Alan this past year has far surpassed my expectations. I have shown more improvement over the past year than I thought possible. I started seeing Dr. Alan twice a year and now only see him once a month. I believe Dr. Alan really cares about you and with each visit listens intently to your issues so he can resolve your issues so you can have a better quality of life. He has a great staff from Veronica who manages the front desk (and has the best customer service) to Yaqueline the Physical Therapist who has a “magic” touch. Both Dr. Alan and Yaqueline work together to ensure you are getting the best care so you can enjoy a better quality of life. I would highly recommend Dr. Alan and his team to anyone looking to be pain free and enjoy a better quality of life. He truly is an amazing Chiropractor and person!

He lived and worked in Texas as well, so he speaks perfect English. I usually get an adjustment as well as some other physical therapies and treatments, and he recommended specific exercises to help fix my neck pain as well. If I lived in Mazatlan I’d definitely go all the time!

Estuve a punto de una cirugía de columna invasiva donde me querían colocar 2 tubos de titanium y 6 tornillos, debido a mis dos hernias discales en la columna baja, más el sacro muy desgastado, pero gracias al dr Alan y a las personas que en conjunto colaboran con el acá estoy a casi un año desde mi primer visita a su consultorio sin dolor alguno !!! Y libre de esa cirugía gracias a sus prácticas. Realmente estoy eternamente agradecida con su ayuda, si visitan Mazatlán no duden en asistir y si así lo conlleve quedarse un tiempo a recibir sesiones para aliviar alguna afección no lo duden!!!! Experiencia fantástica: Best chiropractor anywhere - Dr. Alan Echeagaray is a highly skilled chiropractor, who takes the time to figure out what is wrong and then takes the time to fix the issues. I arrived in Mazatlán with a knee that had recently ‘gone out’ a couple of days before my trip, leaving me barely able walk/bend my knee without feeling like it was going to out again at any time . I had been in generally good shape but with perpetually tight muscles and tendons leaving my hips, back, legs and neck so tight all the time. Dr Alan spent quality time with me, asking questions while working on specific areas in depth. Literally for the first time in years I was able to walk “normally” using the correct and firing muscles as we walked all over Mazatlan. The times I went in to Dr. Alan to realign during my recovery, he usually spent an entire 1/2 hour or more working on my misalignments and pain, providing great relief. Wish I could have stayed more than the 7 weeks we were there. Dr. Alan E has also partnered with a talented sports physical fitness coach, Jose, who understands what exercises and in what order to do exercises to further fix issues. Jose’s gym is located reasonably close, which helped me immensely! Dr. Alan also has a talented massage therapist he works with. So he surrounds himself with the right kind of support people to help many types of issues. Office is friendly, and English is spoken well. I have hope now that I can be fixed over time, as i have solutions to my issues- so after seeing other doctors, other chiropractors, massages and in pain for years, Dr. Alan Echeagaray has provided me with a different future.

Experiencia fantástica: Best Chiropractor I have ever visited. He speaks perfect Spanish and English, listens very well and does a thorough evaluation. In addition to the standard spinal manipulations he was able to release tight muscle groups in my legs and hips and gave me strengthening and stretching exercises to facilitate my recovery. I have struggled my whole life with low back and hip pain and have seen about 6 Chiropractors over the past 35 years in Seattle, Wa. I had an extreme problem while in Matzatlan after sitting in airplanes, lawn chairs & sleeping on bad beds. I had severe pain while walking and could barely lift my legs. With 2 visits he had me almost back to normal.
