Experiencia fantástica: I went in to see Dr Susan for the 1st time on Monday with severe back pain, leg pain, foot pain and toe numbness all on my left side. I had honestly never experienced anything like this all at the same time. She took the time to thoroughly examine me and ask about my history and seemed to know right away what was causing my issues but didn’t bombard me with treatment the first visit. I felt about 65% relief after the 1st visit and after the 2nd which was yesterday, I am feeling 90% pain free!! I have another appointment tomorrow and I’m sure I’ll be back on the pickleball courts by Monday! I can’t say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend Dr Susan

I asked for and was assured of an aggressive adjustment; unfortunately, I didn't receive the treatment I personally needed. However, in her defense, I'm extremely tense, and without an aggressive adjustment my body can't respond. But like I said, for newcomers who are unsure, or for those needing a gentle approach (sensory issues, injury, fear) this chiropractor will be right for you.

Went to physio and had dry needling done on my ham strings as they were rock hard. Helped lots but still needed more relief. Susan gave me a complete check over and decided i needed a few tweeks and i went for a good walk after and its all good. What a relief. If you need chiro care while in puerto vallarta shes the one to see hands down. I will return to see her for a tune up every time we are here in the future. Always hopeful I carried on to ensure my family would not miss out on this adventure. Unfortunately my body had other plans. I found her through a Yelp inquiry and booked an appointment online. Her staff called to confirm some details as we anchored in PV and I saw her that afternoon. Let me tell you, Dr Colby knows her stuff!!! I had begun to assume that living with back pain was just what humans do. Well, it doesn’t have to be. Susan is so gifted, she has learned so many things that are pure magic…. i’m sure they’re not pure magic,.. but, I have no idea how she knows what to do! I have watched my body transform in one year. She listens carefully, she will refer you immediately when necessary, she’s tough love when you need it… she’s the gentle voice on the low days. Cranial work, clearing ear tubes and improving the ringing in my ears, digestion issues…. and on and on. This is, of course, in addition to the back treatments. (I was healing from a compression fracture in my mid back.) If you are in PV, book yourself an appointment. Your body will thank you!

And since I am here for medical reasons, I figured finding a chiropractor would be beneficial. Finding Dr Colby changed SO MUCH! I was having gut issues and so much pain before I went in. And everything has been working so much better since and I am not waking up in pain. Her approach is unique, she dose not practice traditional chiropractic care which I believe is way better! She is more hands on and understanding that force on the body to put things back in place is not the best/safest way to help the body.
